More than a care manager to our father.
Our family was very impressed with the care provided by Bonnie and her staff. When they took over my father's care, they had to insure he took his medicines, make his doctor visits, and was doing okay in general. As his care needs increased, they made sure that his health care was appropriate for each step of his life. Bonnie made sure that we were always kept up-to-date about my father’s welfare. She called, texted, and emailed all the children to ensure that no one was left out of the loop. My father considered her a friend and advocate. She was more than a nurse and a care manager not only to him but to our family as well. Because we do not all live in the same city as my father had, it was good to know that our father was well taken care of and in good hands.

My husband and I have been visiting our freind for about 2 1/2 years. He became a friend from visiting our father at the nursing home. We have seen marked improvement in not only his physical well-being but his mental state as well. We have observed all the hallmarks in his environment of a well cared for person just since your staff began to oversee his care. Prior to your interventions, our friend seemed to be just existing and his thoughts were mainly on his past. Now our friend, is well aware of his surroundings and current events. He remarked yesterday that he would like to live to be 100.
